Kidsgrove, Inc. is the 501c3 non-profit organization that is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and improvements to the playground. It is run by a Board of Directors who are residents of Selinsgrove and the surrounding communities. We hold several fund-raisers a year, the biggest of which is our Fall Festival held on the second Saturday in October.
The playground is not maintained by the Selinsgrove Boro and there are no tax dollars used to help fund it. We rely solely on donations, grants and fund-raisers to cover the expenses incurred to maintain the restrooms and the play area and to keep it safe for our children.
Donations of TIME AND/OR MONEY ARE ALWAYS NEEDED AND APPRECIATED!

Kidsgrove needs your help - For many years, the Kidsgrove Board President Dick Norman has done much of the work. With the Board's approval, there have been many additions (Check out the Mini-town and new seating under the pergola) and improvements. But as the years roll on, we have realized that a few people can not run it alone.
WHAT YOU CAN DO Become involved in the everyday operation of KIDSGROVE. (Be a Board member, be a volunteer, be on a committee) Have a birthday party or family picnic there. There is no charge but donations are always welcome. Spend an afternoon weeding or picking up. It's amazing what a few hours will do for the playground. Participate in Kidsgrove's biggest fund raiser - the Fall Festival
Donations can be made by contacting us by any of the means below! E-mail us! Mail a check to Kidsgrove, 121 Maple Street, Shamokin Dam, PA 17876
