Kidsgrove Restroom Renovation

Kidsgrove has been providing a fun and safe place to play in Selinsgrove for many, many children for over 17 years.  Through the supportive assistance of our community, and without funding from taxpayer monies, we work diligently to maintain and improve the park each year.  This year Kidsgrove’s restroom facilities are the focus of our efforts.

Our restroom facilities serve the thousands of visitors to Kidsgrove, as well as to the adjacent parks and soccer fields.  This renovation is greatly needed in part because of the number of people who use the facilities and in part because of the age of the facilities.  In planning the restroom renovation, we had paid particular attention to increasing accessibility for persons with disabilities, and to decreasing any harmful effect on the environment.

Kidsgrove has gathered nearly two-thirds of the needed funding thanks to the generosity of many local businesses, such as Aubrey Alexander Toyota, and grants received from area foundations and trusts, including the Degenstein Foundation.  Our selected contractor is ready to begin the work as soon as we are.  It is our hope that you would consider making a donation to help us to complete this project.

Kidsgrove is a private, non-profit, 501 (c)3 organization; all donations are tax-deductible.  In addition to providing the necessary documentation for tax purposes, we would also include mention of our donors in future publications
